Assistant of Administrative Services and Operations
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities for the Technical Operations Cluster, ensuring the updating of databases, contract management, support in technical processes, communication with internal and external clients, as well as meet deadlines and assure quality standards established by our organization.
Main tasks:
- Organize and carry out administrative and operational activities.
- Monitor and update management systems for Technical Operations.
- Prepare service proposals for maintenance and material quotations.
- Control and register maintenance service contracts.
- Track contract/quotation renewals and expirations.
- Place material requests for the team.
- Plan and oversee work routines.
- Communicate with internal and external teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Management (preferred).
- Previous experience in
- related areas (preferred). - Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of administrative tools and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English.
- Immediate availability.
Skills:
- Organization, proactivity, collaborative.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
