This position will report to the Maintenance Director and will be responsible for leading the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment on the property, ensuring the correct function of the Technical Installation.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for leading the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment on the property;
• Ensure the correct function of the Technical Installation;
• Responsible for all the main activities of the department;
• HVAC, Electricity, Water, Communications, Audiovisuals, Security (Fire Detection), Pumping systems, Thermal power plants, Electrical systems and service providers;
• Assume the management of all maintenance work, as well as effectively manage the team.

Requirements:

• Experience of leading and managing multipurpose teams;
• Knowledge of Technical Installations;
• Rigor, dynamism, organization and method;
• Ability to manage stress.

Education/Professional Experience:

• Professional Technician Course in Mechanics, Electrotechnics or Industrial;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the role.

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
