THE ROLE

Care to Beauty is seeking a proactive and
- oriented Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the Buyers in managing supplier relationships, maintaining product catalogs, and contributing to the success of our sourcing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or similar) who is eager to start their career in the beauty industry.

Specifically, we expect you to:

• Assist Buyers in the daily management of supplier relationships and supplier performance.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the business.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs, including spare parts and
  - specific information.
• Facilitate information flow between departments and provide timely feedback to the Team Manager.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for new brands and products.

REQUIREMENTS

Nice to have:

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Passion for and good knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Problem-solving and
  - driven mentality.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience or strong interest in negotiation and supplier management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Prior exposure to the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a
  - paced environment.
