As an Assistant Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting Product Managers throughout the purchasing process for the brand’s collections and products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Product Managers team in the purchasing processes for the brand’s collections and products.
- Placing and tracking purchase orders.
- Validating product information.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Creating product entries in our system.
- Reviewing labels.
- Providing general support for the department’s processes.
Profile I Requirements:
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Analytical, accuracy and attention to detail skills;
- Autonomy and time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments;
- Proactive and dynamic skills;
- Interest in home décor, retail, and staying up to date with current trends;
- Minimum secondary education (12th grade);
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
