Main tasks and responsibilities
- Managing supervision and cost management teams.
- Managing construction contracts, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinating Design teams and value engineering processes.
- Coordinating construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.
- Developing acquisition strategies for Engineering and Construction services.
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties.
- Supervising project execution and resource management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.
- Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.
- Oversight of construction contracts, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinating and supervising project execution to ensure quality and compliance.
- Evaluation and interaction with suppliers and contractors, selection of suitable partners.
- Technical knowledge in
- sales service for residential buildings. - Experience in general contracting (Preferred).
Role Requirements
- Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture
- 3 - 5 years’ experience
- Experience in real estate sector, supervision and project management
- Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a Plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Auto
CAD, MS Project, Power
BI will be a Plus - Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Written and oral skills in English
Local and Schedule
- Full-Time / Lisboa - hybrid role, with a minimum of 2/3 days per week in the office.
