Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Associate | Licensing

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate real estate development project management, ensuring timely execution within established deadlines and budgets.
• Manage all phases of projects, including licensing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Hire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and other consultants.
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the projects, including clients, partners, and external entities.
• Monitor project progress, implementing strategies to optimize costs and timelines.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Norfin's development strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Proven experience in project management and licensing, ideally in real estate development or as a project owner.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on results and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
