Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Monthly monitoring of the Business Plan development for all projects;
• Managing financing needs/capital calls, acting as the point of contact with the Project Management team;
• Preparing monthly financial reports (FIG report and others);
• Preparing
  - monthly presentations for the fund, providing updates on the status of all projects;
• Supporting and supervising the administrative and finance team;
• Systematisation and analysis of financial data using Power BI;
• Contract management and oversight;
• Providing full financial support to all SPVs integrated into Asset Management in Vilamoura.

Role Requirements

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field;
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Proactive, organised, and
  - oriented mindset.
