Mission:

- Ensure control of investments from signature of the DI/AR to Asset’s capitalization.

- Ensure the WIP (work in progress) indicator.

- Ensure the correct start of depreciation of fixed assets.

He is the referent for any request related to investment requests from his business scope. His missions are carried out within a scope of action of the Ex PCD and Ex OV and NSC sites.

Main Activities:

1. Control the group’s investments to ensure proper compliance with accounting and tax rules (Opex and Capex) and internal procedures.
2. Validate purchasing requests with the criteria defined on the standard in the SAP FIDGI and SAP FALCON applications.
3. Validate the distribution of Opex-capex budgets on WBS SAP Falcon.
4. Validate budgets on SAP FALCON.
5. Settlements on AUC (current asset) and FXA (final asset) on SAP Falcon.
6. Support for SAP FALCON users.
7. Control and execution of requests for splits or transfers of assets.

Requisitos:

1. Knowledge of IT tools (Office 365).
2. Some knowledge of the investment process and manufacturing (assembly, painting, etc. ).
3. Good level of English.
