Job Description:

General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on
-
- face selling and account management activities.

Your tasks

1. Prospection activities, identifying new business opportunities on the assigned sales territory and increasing the existing customer base
2. Implement strategies for developing field sales action plans
3. Further develop the current customer portfolio
4. Increase sales volume, product mix and selling price by overseeing changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
6. Meet with existing customer base to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
7. Propose new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to overcome the market
8. Monthly reporting of sales activities, according to company KPI’s

Your profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics or technical related field
2. 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in technical sales, preferably in Material Handling
3. Enjoy working with objectives and familiar with working under pressure
4. Skills to develop, negotiate and close medium and large business
5. Based within the related sales territory, ideally in Lisbon area
6. Able to travel around the related sales territory (South Portugal, Southwest Spain)
7. Familiarity with CRM software (Sales
   Force)
8. Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English is a must
