Position Overview
Based in Palu to handle various regional customers in the expanded area of Central Sulawesi (bakery, baking stores, and artisan customers) in collaboration with our distributor, we are currently seeking an:

Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager for Sulawesi, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing sales activities in artisan channels and customers in the area to achieve Sales Budget, Brand Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction; partnering with various stakeholders in meeting individual and area targets while executing sales strategy in the area.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, and organize sales and marketing activities.
- Plan and manage sales activities including demonstrations, seminars, concept promotions, and ideas about application for our products.
- Engage in daily calls and visits with customers to leverage the company’s portfolio with product development ideas or product innovation needs.
- Develop and propose plans based on market assessment to accelerate business growth in the area.
- Communicate and consistently monitor progress of the execution of the Artisan & Wholesaler account strategies amongst trade customers with internal and external stakeholders.
- Explore new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers in the channel.
- Plan, propose, and execute Sales Strategy tailored to key customers.
- Align and execute priority of focus products.
- Coordinate new product development, launch (internal & external), and follow up.
- Analyze, adjust, and propose suitable strategies based on market information regarding market trends, competitor activity, and the need for development of new and existing products.
- Partner with the Distributor Team to achieve targeted budget and strategy of the company.
- Partner with Distributor to ensure KPI achievement (Distributor scorecard).
- Maintain and manage stock levels and financial targets of Distributor.
- Manage reports in CRM SAP and SFA as tools for daily routine, using Project Management, Customer Management, Complaint Management, Sales Force Automation, Absence, and all the features of CRM SAP and SFA.
- Close coordination with internal
- function teams: Technical Team, Product Development, and Customer Sales to ensure smooth collaboration in achieving targets.
Profile
- Diploma/Bachelor degree with at least 1-year work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in managing various business targets, budgets, and portfolios to grow business in the area.
- Cultural awareness and experience of diversity management.
- Currently resides in and has experience working in Palu.
- Proficient business level of English.
