Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is one of the world’s largest and most renowned real estate consultancies, with extensive expertise in Project Management, Project Development, and Design & Build services. We are currently seeking a new team member who will collaborate with our experts in the development of innovative architectural projects across office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assessment of client needs
2. Development of
   - fits, temporary and final solutions based on client requirements
3. Ongoing management of stakeholders (both national and international) for each project
4. Development of Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual Design
5. Development of preliminary studies, licensing projects, and execution projects, including all necessary documentation for each phase (drawn pieces, reports, measurement tables, etc. )
6. Follow-up and management of licenses with the corresponding authorities and with the client
7. Technical assistance during the construction management phase
8. Ensure that the projects in which you participate meet market quality standards in general and C&W standards in particular
9. Stay up to date with specific regulations applicable to projects
10. Update the catalog and material library
11. Stay informed about new trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects

Knowledge & Experience

1. Proven experience as an Architect and/or Interior Designer (3-5 years)
2. Value given to professional experience in the field
3. Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects)
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Proficiency in computer tools, particularly BIM (Revit), Auto
   CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office tools, among others
6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written
7. Ease in interpersonal relationships, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and experience in presentations (in Portuguese and English)
8. Dynamism, creativity, and autonomy
9. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
10. Ability to adapt to various types of projects and client profiles
11. Proactive attitude
12. Full-time availability
13. Availability to travel to ongoing construction sites (nationwide)
