Job Description:

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

1. Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
2. Provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
3. Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
4. Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
5. Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions;
6. Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native);
7. Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
8. Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
9. Availability to work in rotating shifts;
10. Any previous experience or contact with clients;
11. Good listening and empathy skills;
12. Team spirit and flexibility;
13. Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
