Job Description:

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role as a Customer Advisor:
- Answer customer inquiries via digital platforms;
- Respond to emails, online chat, phone, and social media inquiries while providing support and direction to customers, resolving service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database;
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Previous experience or contact with clients;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility;
- Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (in addition to the standard insurance).
