Job Description:

We are currently looking for Application Tech Support Practitioner.

Daily operation and monitoring of the computing environments of On-Premises (Physical and Virtual) and Cloud servers, as well as remote sites, to support a stable Infrastructure, with efficiency and adequate performance. Execution of procedures to ensure that services comply with the required objectives and SLA.

This service includes administration, optimization, capacity planning, supervision, operation, and implementation of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Hypervisors) and infrastructure (physical or virtual), ensuring the agreed upon quality, safety, and service levels are met.

Basic Qualifications:

University degree or high school diploma with experience in managing and maintaining:

1. Virtualization solutions like VMware
2. Server Operating systems like Windows Server and/or Red Hat Linux, SUSE
3. Monitoring Solutions

Required Skills:

1. High degree of commitment with delivery and responsibility.
2. Full working fluency in Portuguese and English.
3. Familiar with main server operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and virtualization technologies.
4. Knowledge about key IT infrastructure concepts (e. g. virtualization, DNS, clustering, domains, certificates).
5. Availability to work on call, during off hours periods, including weekends.

Desired Skills:

1. Certification in server operating systems and virtualization technologies.
2. Experience with ITSM tools (e. g. Service
   Now).
