Job Description:

Our client is an international tech consulting company with +25 years of experience offering solutions to support companies' businesses and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the integration between Salesforce and Genesys, ensuring seamless and accurate interactions between the CRM and communication systems.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform, including updates, troubleshooting, and implementing new features.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across
  - platform environments.
• Develop technical documentation and support procedures to ensure best practices for both platforms.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Genesys, particularly in customization, data management, and process automation (preferred).
• Strong
  - solving and diagnostic skills, applicable to a wide range of information systems and applications.
• Knowledge of corrective maintenance and technical support, including experience in daily incident analysis, root cause investigation, and issue reporting.
• Technical experience supporting Java APIs (preferred).
• Understanding of Genesys CTI solutions, with the ability to integrate and manage interactions between telephony and computer systems (preferred).
