Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What will you be doing?

• Handling incidents, BAU service requests, and infrastructure maintenance in a 24/7 production support environment;
• Providing
  - call support outside regular business hours, including weekends and public holidays;
• Reviewing and creating application support knowledge articles;
• Ensuring all production deliverables align with bank standards and best practices;
• Monitoring services, analyzing logs, identifying issues, and improving service quality and availability;
• Supporting batch processing and resolving production incidents.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Strong technical proficiency in Windows/Linux environments;
• Experience in UNIX shell scripting, Power
  Shell, or Python for automation;
• Basic knowledge of Autosys for job creation and modification;
• Proficiency in ITIL and PL/SQL;
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively and document processes clearly;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory);
• Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
