JOB DESCRIPTION

• Application Support
• Monitoring services and applications running
• Reporting support tasks
• Incident management
• Communication with the customer to identify problems and rule out causes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Knowledge of the Log analysis process in Linux environment
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Graylog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Implementation of queries in Databases: Oracle, Postgres, Mongo
  DB
• Aptitude for scripting with Python and Bash
• Ability to run automations with Ansible
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
