Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
• Experience working in application support roles;
• Knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Oracle Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, Red
  Hat Linux, ATG e
  Commerce and NGINX;
• Availability to travel to other locations when required;
• Good level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with databases (Oracle, My
  SQL or SQL Server), issue tracking (JIRA/Service
  Now), testing (Jenkins, Load
  Runner) and monitoring tools;
• Previous experience working in an Operations environment;
• Availability to work in shifts;
• Previous experience with Java, HP Team
  Site, Digi
  Cert;
• Train and coach other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
• Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;
• Handle late night and weekend emergency support as required;
• Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
• Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support;
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
