We are looking for a Application Support Engineer - PL/SQL for a Hybrid position in Porto. Requeriments:Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance
Passion and experience in 1st and 2nd IT Support role related tasks
Excellent debugging and
- solving capability, efficient
- tasking in a
- paced, constantly evolving environment • Empathy and ownership of customer issues
Strong interpersonal, relationship, management, and communication skills
Ability to promote process improvement
Proven experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages. Understanding in
- oriented languages
Familiarity with basic Financial concepts
Experience with Oracle; Hive database (nice to have)Experience with VBA; SQL Workbench; Git
Lab, Control-M, Bit
Bucket; CFT; Jenkins; Kakfa; Big Data; Unix, Business Intelligence (nice to have)Familiarity with basic ITIL (nice to have)Familiarity with Jira / Confluence (nice to have)Knowledge of French.
