Minimum Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• Previous professional experience in similar roles;
• Proven experience in 1st line application support;
• Knowledge of Cognito Forms creation is valued;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services/Power BI is a plus;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
