Role Overview:
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by
- edge technology and
- performance teams.
You will be responsible for providing the support of an internal platform acting as a point of contact to resolve tickets and monitor errors on the platform, ensuring it is working properly.
It's an hybrid model.
What you will do:
- Platform Administration: Work with the central team to respond to requests from entities, such as issuing invoices or providing technical support.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor errors, report issues to entities, and ensure everything is integrated and functional within the platform.
- Documentation: Create and maintain
- related documentation, such as user guides (e. g. steps to create a user). - Training and Workshops: Organize and conduct training and workshops for internal entities, promoting efficient use of the platform.
- Testing: Conduct testing related to the different components of the platform, ensuring its quality and functionality.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with internal entities to understand needs and resolve issues.
What you are like:
- Professional experience in similar roles in IT projects;
- Experience with Jira, Servicenow will be valued;
- Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English is required.
