We are looking for a Application Production Support for this project! What are we looking for?

Responsibilities

• Support application users / Answering to support requests.
• Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level
• Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support.
• Monitoring production environments.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge on IT concepts and infrastructure
• Expertise in SQL /My
  SQL
• Expertise in Unix/Linux
• Cloud Knowledge & Ansible /Jenkins
• Dynatrace (monitoring tools)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon (Portugal)

Language: English proficiency
