We are looking for an Application Production Support Technician for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).

Responsibilities:

• Assist
  - office users (our clients) in their
  -
  - day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems faced during the day.
• Perform the first level of incident investigation.
• Act as the single point of contact for any
  - related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues.
• Understand business issues and business impacts.
• Continuous training on Business knowledge to keep service levels on top.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
• Service
  Now / ticketing tools.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
