We are looking for a Application Production Support

MAIN TASKS:

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for the applications within our scope.
• Strong understanding of resource projection and tracking principles.
• Manage communications through various tools such as Teams, Outlook.
• Ensure the quality assurance of digital content deployed.
• Be responsible for data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with the support team.
• Close working with several peers in several locations.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Proficient in English (min B2).
• Proficient in French (min C1).
• Passion and experience in 1st and 2nd IT Support role related tasks
• Excellent

• Empathy and ownership of customer issues
• Knowledge on Strategic Workforce Planning
• Experience with testing activities.
• Familiarity with Office tools
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence
• Hybrid regime in the Porto office
