We are looking for an Application Production Support for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).

Requirements:

1. Experience with Application Performance Monitor (Specifically Dynatrace).
2. General IT infrastructure knowledge.
3. Particular knowledge and experience with Red
   Hat Linux.
4. Experience in Continuous Delivery context, Industrialization/automatization of deliveries, deployments, rollbacks.
5. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud managed services (AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud), middleware (VIP, WAF, RDBMS, No
   SQL, File Storage).
6. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
2. Manage Incidents, Requests, Changes.
3. Provide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project.
4. Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issues.
5. Contribute towards better
   - release checkouts.
6. Improve
   -
   - day tasks by writing scripts and automating tasks that are
   - oriented.
7. Availability to work during Holidays / Weekends as per
   - defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
