- edge applications in the Banking and Financing Services sector? We’re looking for an Application Production Support Specialist to join our DTS - IT DIGITAL team, focusing on Artificial Intelligence group applications, including RPA, Chatbot, Document Intelligence, and more. If you thrive in a
- paced environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide application support for AI-driven technologies, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and address IT needs effectively.
• Maintain proper coverage during designated shifts and be available for Holidays/Weekends on a rotational basis.
• Proactively pick up tasks and issues received via email, phone, or in person, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate updates to business stakeholders, team members, and partnering teams on issue/task/project status.
• Identify systemic issues, understand root causes, and contribute to
  - term solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks by writing scripts and improving
  -
  - day processes.
• Contribute to post-release checkouts and ensure seamless deployment of updates.

Technical Skills You’ll Bring:

• Windows: Power
  Shell, Active Directory, Event Logs, etc.
• Virtual Machines (VM): Hands-on experience with VM environments.
• Application Performance Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace.
• ITIL: Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with IT Cloud environments.
• RPA Tools: Knowledge of Blue Prism (preferred) or similar RPA platforms.
• SQL: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with tools like Ansible.

Language Skills:

• English: Expert level (written and spoken).
