We are looking for our next Application Owner:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in application management, product ownership, or a related role (3 to 6 years).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to enhance applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee updates, patches, and new features with minimal disruption.
• Maintain application documentation and processes.
• Provide training and support to
  - users.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards.
• Generate performance reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
