Tasks

• Takeover of technical responsibility for Microsoft Outlook (possibly other M365 products)
• Supporting the global rollout and future updates (planning, training, documentation, information, etc. )
• Consulting, support as well as conception and implementation of new requirements
• Support with general IT projects and specific issues
• General administrative activities

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or IT systems management with professional experience or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the administration and support of Microsoft Outlook (possibly other M365 products)
• Knowledge of project management desirable
• Good knowledge of English
• Quality-conscious, structured and independent way of working
