Your Tasks:

1. Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages
2. General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
3. Processing of our customers' requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address)
4. Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service

What You Bring:

1. Experience in Customer Service, cross selling.
2. Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: French - English is a plus
3. Interest in telecommunication products
4. Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00
5. Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
