Your Mission:

Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, documentation, and governance.
Architect and evolve scalable microservices-based systems using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
Define and enforce API design best practices, versioning strategies, and security policies (OAuth2, JWT).
Implement and manage API gateways and developer portals.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to align APIs with business and product needs.
Own CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and container orchestration via Docker.
Ensure high availability, performance, and observability across services.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in API design and management (RESTful APIs, Open
API/Swagger specs).
Strong
- on skills in:
Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate
Microservices architecture
Docker & CI/CD with Jenkins
Deep understanding of software architecture principles, scalability, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with API management platforms like Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure APIM, or Mule
Soft (nice to have).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
