Job Description

We are recruiting a Gestor(a) Processual Imobiliário for our office in Algarve, located at Rua do Semino, Quarteira.

Profile

• Experience in Managing Real Estate Processes;
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
• Proficiency in foreign languages;
• Degree level education;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional ethics;
• Proficiency in computer tools from a user perspective;
• Presentation compatible with the business segment.

Responsibilities

• Management of real estate processes, including with Conservatories, Notaries, and Banks;
• Ability to analyze and qualify financial clients;
• Follow up on processes;
• In-person and telephone customer service;
• Reception and forwarding of clients in the agency;
• Control and organization of information and reporting maps;
• Manage information of consultants in the computer system;
• Internal support to the commercial department and agency Director;
• Control and maintenance of company archives;
• Interaction with suppliers of products and services supporting the activity.
