Main Responsibilities:
Release Plan Scheduling: provide support in developing the release plan on a monthly basis
Customer: Maintain & manage customer delivery schedule; weekly updates; track customers’ delivery versus budget. Manage & maintain Sales orders on sage
Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to customer operations processes.
Prepare sales order reviews based on expected demand for discussion with management
Work closely with the planning teams to support demand tracking, material requirements analysis, and reporting.

Profile:
High School Diploma or an Academic Degree
Ability to handle multi-task operations, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
Assertive, flexible, and detail-oriented
Fluency in English and good computer skills preferred
Advanced Excel skills
