Job Title: Aircraft Cabin Trimmer – A380 (Portugal)

Location: Portugal

Rate: £30. 90 per hour (Ltd) – Outside IR35

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Aircraft Cabin Trimmers to work on the A380 in Portugal. The role involves removing, replacing, and installing aircraft carpet and underlay within cabin interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Removal and installation of cabin carpets and underlay.
2. Cutting, bonding, and trimming carpet using templates to ensure a precise fit.
3. Working on underlay trim, ensuring correct fitting and securing.
4. Ensuring all work is completed to aviation standards and meets safety regulations.
5. Following detailed work instructions and technical drawings.
6. Using hand tools for cutting, bonding, and securing materials.
7. Adhering to strict quality control procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as an Aircraft Trimmer, working on aircraft interiors/cabin carpets.
2. Must have own tools.

Valid Certifications:

1. HF (Human Factors)
2. FTS (Fuel Tank Safety)
3. EWSIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System)
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and templates.
5. Right to work in the EU (or ability to secure work in Portugal).
