Key responsibilities:

1. Building strong relationships with sales, partners globally, vendors and operational.
2. Taking ownership over product and pricing decisions.
3. Ensuring smooth execution of the
   -
   - end shipment by working closely with internal stakeholders.
4. Ensuring service delivery against performance and gross profit.
5. Identify and execute upselling opportunities linked to strategy.
6. Follow up opportunities and continuous improvement on pricing/product, selling internally our products.
7. Quoting daily RFQs and airfreight quotes.

We are looking for:

1. Previous experience with Pricing Air Freight is mandatory.
2. Prior experience (at least 2 years) in Import or export airfreight operations or in customer service or freight operations role in forwarder company or equivalent.
3. Good working knowledge of Excel.
4. A collaborative, team player motivated by achieving results, and accustomed to high performance KPIs.
5. Comfortable in a changing environment.
6. Stress resistance, composure and positive approach.
7. Fluency in both Spanish and English. Portuguese or French would be a plus.
