The Role: AI Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Tensor
Ops, you will be the driving force behind our main AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with
- functional teams, manage client engagements, and act as the bridge between our innovative solutions and client needs.

What You'll Do:

1. Project Leadership: Oversee the
   -
   - end delivery of AI projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
2. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into actionable project plans.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our AI/ML experts, developers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and ensure seamless project execution.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
5. Strategic Input: Contribute to the evolution of our service offerings by identifying growth opportunities and process improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.
6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear project documentation, generate status reports, and present updates to both internal teams and clients.

1. Experienced Project Manager: 5+ year experience, proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably within the AI/ML/Data or tech consulting space.
2. Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture
   - lasting client relationships.
3. Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and
   - technical stakeholders.
4. Problem Solver: Adept at navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions in a
   - paced, dynamic environment.
5. Educational Background: Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in AI/ML projects is highly valued.
6. Agile Mindset: Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
