What will you do?

• Deliver working software frequently through early and continuous integration and deployment of minimum valuable increments.
• Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech Recognition (ASR) and Synthesis (TTS) projects.
• Search for existing models in the areas above, evaluate and (if needed)
  - tune them. Serve the models by turning them into API and batch jobs.
• Build solid relationships with Infrastructure and Operations teams, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous improvement of models via robust and scalable ML pipelines.

Requirements

Our Machine Learning/AI Engineer should have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Ray. io and Kube
  Ray for distributed computing.
• Experience with Piper TTS and Whisper for
  -
  - speech and speech recognition applications.
• Familiar with MLOps, including CI/CD for data pipelines and deploying AI models.
• Ability to balance running AI workloads in cloud vs. private cloud environments for efficient GPU consumption.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
