We are creating a new Omnichannel Experience team, dedicated to improving the overall Customer Experience. We need your expertise as a Product Owner to join our team and delight many of our Clients around the world by building the best digital experiences. The Product Owner is a strategic role in the Business Transformation, orchestrating Customer Needs (Love the Problem), Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution), and Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).
Your key responsibilities
Together with the Omnichannel Experience team, you will facilitate a variety of
- related tasks such as gathering customer data, insights, feedback, and KPIs, to support the implementation of new digital products and services.
Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge about Customer Insights: Gathering data through the team of Service Design and UX to help lead product development and success;
- Ability to create the Product Roadmap: Outlining strategy, priorities, and deliverables over time;
- Problem-solving for product roadblocks: Mitigating possible roadblocks without compromising delivery dates;
- Prioritization of Product Releases: Defining priorities based on revenue, success rate, and customer needs;
- Market trend analysis: Envisioning customer needs based on research and trends to maintain product relevance;
- Managing the Product Backlog: Overseeing the backlog (Jira) with logs of product evolution, new features, and development roadblocks;
- Correcting product failures: Understanding underperformance and coordinating improvement approaches;
- Handling
- departmental communication: Aligning teams for clear communication among stakeholders; - Managing tight product launch timeframes: Ensuring schedules are fulfilled as commitments to Clients;
- Working with different Digital Software Vendors: Communicating with vendors to source required information or solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in leading teams to execute
- quality deliverables within stipulated timelines; - Experience managing Agile projects with personal accountability;
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills; - Excellent people and problem management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.
