The Opportunity

We are creating a new Omnichannel Experience team, dedicated to improving the overall Customer Experience. We need your expertise as a Product Owner to join our team and delight our Clients around the world by building the best digital experiences. The Product Owner is a strategic role in Business Transformation, orchestrating Customer Needs (Love the Problem), Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution), and Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).

Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of
  - related tasks such as gathering customer data, insights, feedback, and KPIs to support the implementation of new digital products and services.
• Gather data through the Service Design and UX teams to help lead product development and ensure product success.
• Create the Product Roadmap to outline strategy, priorities, and deliverables over time.
• Define approaches for product roadblocks and mitigate possible issues without compromising delivery dates.
• Prioritize Product Releases based on revenue, success rate, and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends to envision customer needs based on research, ensuring Product relevance.
• Manage the Product Backlog (Jira) with logs of product evolution, new features, and development roadblocks.
• Understand product underperformance and coordinate approaches to improve the customer experience.
• Align different teams for clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Manage tight product launch timeframes to fulfill commitments to clients.
• Communicate effectively with different Digital Software Vendors to source required information or solutions.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in leading teams to execute
  - quality deliverables within stipulated timelines.
• Experience managing Agile projects with personal accountability.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent people and problem management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.
