Simulation Development is a new, rapidly growing department of highly motivated engineers, responsible for propelling, defining, and ensuring that both short and
- term targets are met for how we simulate across our wind turbine platforms and modules.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Framework Facilitation: Act as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or several teams, facilitating Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily
  - ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Team Empowerment: Work closely with all team members to build a
  - organizing and motivated team environment. Empower the team to make decisions and continuously improve their processes.
• Impediment Resolution: Actively work to recognize and remove barriers affecting the team's forward movement. Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve dependencies and create a smooth working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team, encouraging regular retrospectives to reflect on performance and implement changes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile principles and Scrum practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master or any relevant agile certification are preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant experience as a scrum master or related field.
• Curious, humble and keen on learning.
• Knowledgeable of agile principles, values and methodologies with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Collaborative, able to work effectively with
  - functional teams, stakeholders and leadership.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address obstacles hindering team progress.
• Role model for teams in terms of continuous learning and improvement.
