Agile Analyst SuccessFactors
Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What you are going to do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to gather, prioritize, and manage requirements throughout the service period, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives;
- Create and manage detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on the continuous improvement of digital HR processes;
- Support development teams during sprints by facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily
- ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; - Monitor the performance and usage of Success
Factors modules to identify improvements and promote operational efficiency in areas such as compensation, onboarding, crossboarding, and succession; - Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and delivered solutions;
- Ensure that solutions comply with applicable regulations and industry best practices while aligning with HR policies;
- Participate in service transition and closure management, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives and the transfer of knowledge to the client’s internal team.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an Agile Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in projects/systems related to Human Resources processes;
- Strong and practical knowledge of the Success
Factors system; - Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Analytical and
- solving skills with a strong
- oriented approach; - Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent (plus);
- Experience in digital transformation projects and Success
Factors system integration (plus); - Knowledge of system integration and digital process optimization (plus);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
