The Affiliate Manager in our Job Seekers Marketing Acquisition team will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program globally. This position requires a strategic thinker who excels at working independently, managing complex data feeds, and optimizing performance across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international affiliate management and a strong analytical mindset.
What you will be doing:
- Autonomous Program Management:
- Lead the development and execution of the global affiliates & partner strategy.
- Independently identify opportunities for growth within new and existing markets.
- Local & International Affiliate Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates from various regions to ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Develop tailored strategies for different geographic markets to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Marketing ETL Feed Management:
- In charge of our marketing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to generate and manage the diverse feeds necessary for the affiliates.
- Ensure accurate data flow between platforms for seamless reporting and analysis.
- CPA Performance Optimization:
- Analyze

- acquisition (CPA) metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. - Implement strategies to improve conversion rates while maintaining budget efficiency.

- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actionable recommendations.
- Relationship Building & Communication:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all affiliates, fostering strong relationships through effective communication.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their campaigns.
- Compliance & Industry Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations across all activities.
- Stay informed on global trends in affiliate marketing to maintain competitive advantage.

- Work closely with
- functional teams including marketing, product, and creative departments to develop compelling promotional materials tailored for diverse audiences.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record as an Affiliate Manager across several businesses and industries with a good feel for international markets.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and proficiency in managing complex data needs.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with
- functional teams when needed. - Excellent analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools.
- Great proficiency with diverse ETL, data feed management, or inventory management systems.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage affiliates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
