- driven Affiliate Manager to join our rapidly growing affiliate team!
About The Role
As the Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing affiliate relationships with a key focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are seeking someone with a passion for online gaming to identify and manage affiliate partnerships, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our existing crypto/hybrid casinos.
Your Responsibilities
- Affiliate Expansion: Identify, develop and maintain a network of high potential affiliates to expand our reach and revenue streams.
- Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage a portion of our existing affiliate partnerships; optimizing and expanding existing relationships with partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making
- driven decisions to optimise results and maximise ROI. - Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored affiliate strategies that drive player acquisition in each market.
- Market Research: Keep

- date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. - Influencer Engagement: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with influencers in the cryptocurrency and gaming industry to expand our brand presence.

Gaming space are highly desired. - Affiliate Marketing Mastery: Proven experience in affiliate marketing & affiliate partnerships. A keen understanding of gap Analysis and outreach as well as negotiation.
- Deep understanding of the i
Gaming ecosystem, particularly Casino markets across multiple geographies. - Existing Network of affiliate contacts in both crypto & fiat outside of the usual top tier affiliates. An ability to identify new partners and engage with them using various methods of outreach and communication.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment across multiple projects.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally for a crypto casino and/or sportsbook
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies, and online casinos and online gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a
- paced environment.
