Administrative Communication & Coordination Consultant
Randstad is currently recruiting for a multinational company in the field of business management software to work remotely.
Responsabilidades Chave
- Preparation of C&P - Cross Engineering, Experience & Excellence communication material, engagement processes and progress reporting.
- Creation and onboarding into operational frameworks for new and
- be established units and set up on Communication & Project Management tools and spaces (Jira, Share
Point). - Creation and tracking of operational KPIs & tasks.
- Communicate org engagement model (internal & external).
- Facilitation support for business meetings, newly established forums / communities (Design Authority / Decision Forums, Steer
Co’s). - Management Administration Support & Assistance.
- Planning & Scheduling meetings – Diary Management & Coordination, Travel & Expense Management.
- Capturing meeting notes, actions and support follow ups and completion reporting.
- Recruitment and new resource onboarding support.
Competências
- Fluency in oral and written English & basic German is a must.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in using intranet and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in supporting management in defining and establishing administrative frameworks.
- Ability to learn and use new tools and frameworks rapidly and apply in assigned tasks.
- Problem solving skills.
- MS Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Share
Point, Power
Point.
