We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our team:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the company's administrative documentation and correspondence.
- Provide support with secretarial tasks, including answering phone calls and managing schedules.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with organisational and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry into ERP systems, and payment monitoring.
- Coordinate internal communication between departments to ensure efficient information flow.
- Manage contacts with suppliers and clients, ensuring timely
- up on requests. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for administrative and operational processes.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Overall office management.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education (preferably in administration or
- related fields). - Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive,
- motivated, and responsible.
