Location
Our office is in Braga, and this is an
- site role. We’d love to have someone already based in Braga or nearby, so we’ll prioritize local candidates!
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team with various administrative and logistical tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, and you will be collaborating closely with the Operations Team (including Accounting, Human Resources, and Legal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping the accounting team with tasks like processing invoices, tracking expenses, making payments, reconciling accounts, and other

- day bookkeeping duties. - Help HR with event logistics and engagement activities.
- Prepare and manage shipments, from start to finish.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
- Keep important company documents safe, and ensure compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports.
- Schedule and organize
- person meetings - set up rooms, equipment, and even catering (if needed). - Make sure the office is a great place to work by keeping the space in good shape, managing food and supplies, and handling any upkeep needs.
- Support the Legal team (if needed).
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Administration or similar.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Used to work with confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a
