We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Wealth team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a member of our support team, you will work directly with Ireland based consultants and financial planning teams to
- ordinate and deliver on all aspects of servicing for our individual client.
You will work as part of a team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and actuarial work on both corporate and trustee clients.
We will count on you to:
- Provide a full range of support and services to clients to the Private Wealth team;
- Provide support to the team in processing new and existing business in a compliant manner;
- Draft client reports & collate valuations in line with the peer review process;
- Assist with pipeline reporting via online websites & CRM system;
- Daily scanning, filing, and indexing of documentation to our CRM system;
- Deal with all queries & tasks allocated;
- Communicate with all 3rd parties & insurance companies;
- Ongoing update & maintenance of client details in line with procedures & systems in place;
- Process claims – retirement/death/disability;
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and controls to ensure excellent service delivery;
- Support the Team Leader and Division Manager with ongoing and future projects;
- Ensure our CRM database is maintained in line with procedures;
- Perform other
- hoc duties and assist with projects as required.
What you need to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2);
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in a similar role;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and effectively manage a variety of ongoing tasks;
- Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.
