Administrative Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, fluent in English and Portuguese, with additional languages being an advantage. Previous experience in real estate is a bonus, but we are willing to provide training for candidates interested in progressing to a Sales Consultant role.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer care inquiries and taking calls.
Assisting with administrative tasks (e. g. , document preparation, data entry).
Supporting the team with general office duties.
Collaborating with real estate professionals and agents.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in customer service is desirable.
Real estate experience is a bonus, but training can be provided.
