What’s the role about?

We are looking for GKN colleagues who have experience in a specialist role already, who are ready to take the next step in their career with increased responsibility in their role.

What you'll do?

• Process the cash remittances application (cash allocation) on a daily basis.
• Preparation of reports that detail balances due or what to collect from customers at a certain point in time.
• Support the AR aging analysis with operational information examining balance statements of accountholders.
• Prepare credit/collection reports.
• Work closely with other Finance teams, such as the GL team, in the provision of support to colleagues.
• Ensure feedback to line manager.
• Execution of
  - end tasks of assigned market: AR reconciliations, reports, aging, booking of AR entries/documents, etc.
• Propose changes to processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Participation and lead when required on Team projects.

Skills and experience to set you up for success in this role:

• Good knowledge of customer billing concepts and O2C processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and
  - oriented.
• Ability to deliver
  - quality work to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology.
