ONE Shipping, one of the largest shipping companies in the world, is looking for a professional for a temporary Accounts Receivable position at its Boavista, Porto office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing customer accounts with overdue payments
• Direct communication with customers to negotiate payment plans and set deadlines
• Updating records and systems: Maintaining and updating financial and collection management systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the resolution of
  - compliance cases
• Supporting the optimization of collection processes and policies to improve financial efficiency

Requirements

• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of financial tools and ERP systems is a plus (e. g. , SAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
