We are looking for an Accounts Payable Junior to join the Accounts Payable Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work efficiently in an industrial and manufacturing environment.

Description

As an Accounts Payable Junior, you will report directly to the AP Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Verifying and recording supplier documents;
2. Preparing payment proposals for company suppliers;
3. Providing clarification regarding supplier account balances;
4. Conducting analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts;
5. Validating necessary information for the monthly financial closing of the companies under your responsibility, ensuring corrections are made and deadlines are met;
6. Producing reports for companies and the Finance Department regarding supplier liabilities.
